1Nature of the Platform
InsurWing is a technology and decision-support platform. InsurWing is not an insurer, insurance broker, insurance intermediary, insurance agent or underwriter and does not itself issue, underwrite, solicit, negotiate, bind or place insurance.
The Platform is intended for use by insurance brokers and other insurance professionals in connection with their professional activities. Any insurance advice, recommendation, solicitation, placement or other regulated activity undertaken using information or outputs from the Platform remains the responsibility of the relevant insurance professional.
2Decision-Support Only
Information, analyses, summaries, alerts, comparisons, estimates, risk insights, coverage considerations, document reviews and other outputs made available through InsurWing are intended to assist professional users in their assessment, workflows and decision-making.
Outputs from InsurWing do not constitute insurance, legal, actuarial, underwriting, financial or other professional advice and should not be treated as a substitute for the professional judgment of the user.
Users remain responsible for independently reviewing and verifying material outputs before relying upon them or using them in communications, recommendations or decisions concerning any client, prospect, insurer, insurance product or policy.
3AI-Generated and Automated Outputs
Certain features of InsurWing may use artificial intelligence, machine learning or other automated technologies to analyse information and generate outputs. Users should apply appropriate professional judgment and independently verify material information before relying on any AI-generated or automated output.
4Intelligence, Estimates and Document Analysis
Any intelligence, risk or coverage insights, estimates, comparisons, document analyses or similar outputs generated or displayed by InsurWing are intended for informational and decision-support purposes.
Any premium, brokerage, renewal date, insurance limit or similar estimate is indicative only and does not constitute an insurance quotation, offer, commitment or representation by an insurer. Actual premiums, coverage, limits, deductibles and other terms remain subject to the relevant insurer's underwriting, applicable policy terms and other relevant factors.
Any analysis or comparison of insurance documents is based on the documents and information made available to the Platform. Such outputs may identify potential gaps, differences, inconsistencies or other matters for professional review but do not constitute a definitive determination of coverage, policy interpretation, error, omission, breach, negligence or liability.
5Information and Insurance Documentation
The quality and completeness of outputs generated by InsurWing depend on the quality, completeness, accuracy and currency of the information and documents provided to or otherwise available to the Platform.
Information not made available to the Platform, including verbal discussions, correspondence, negotiations, amendments, endorsements or other arrangements, may not be reflected in an output. Information obtained from external or third-party sources may also be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or subject to change.
Outputs generated by InsurWing do not amend, replace or override any insurance proposal, quotation, policy wording, schedule, endorsement or other applicable insurance documentation. The existence, extent and terms of insurance coverage are determined by the applicable insurance contract and relevant insurer, subject to applicable law.
Users should independently review the relevant source and insurance documentation before making or communicating material insurance-related decisions or recommendations.
6No Guarantee of Outcome
InsurWing does not guarantee the availability or suitability of any insurance product, acceptance of any risk by an insurer, any particular premium or coverage terms, placement or renewal of insurance, successful conversion of a prospect, identification or prevention of every error or omission, settlement of a claim, or any other particular insurance or commercial outcome.
InsurWing is intended to support and enhance professional workflows and decision-making and does not replace the expertise, professional judgment or regulatory responsibilities of the insurance professional using the Platform.
7Contractual Terms
Where use of InsurWing is governed by a separate written agreement between the customer and the relevant InsurWing contracting entity, that agreement governs the parties' contractual rights and obligations. In the event of any inconsistency between this Disclaimer and such agreement, the terms of the agreement will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
